Hello you guys, I have been away from the computer for a while – I lived on Tran Que Cap Street just two blocks from both the Cerc Sportif and the palace. I think I was just three or four blocks from Cong Ly Street, too. We were also within walking distance of the commissary, although we hardly ever walked anywhere, did we?

My mother visited Saigon in 1998 as she was on a Semester at Sea (100 days around the world) in celebration of her 80th birthday. Do the math and she turned 90 this year. She lives just outside Washington, DC in Sterling, Virginia. I visit her often from Ohio and would love to catch up with anyone living in the DC area. 🙂 Anyway, she said she had toruble finding our house as all the street names have changed.
