Without divulging too much information about the book on this site, I’d like to recommend all Saigon Kids, if they have the chance, read ‘My Father, The Spy,’ written by SaigonKid John H. Richardson, who was in Saigon…in elementary school…in 1962-63. It’s an incredible book…his dad was with the CIA, and some very familiar [...] Dear Packrat Jim, The check is in the mail …..I mean the wine is in the box and on its way to the Carmel post office. (Did you know Bill Benson and I were voted “Most Dependable” in 1963?) Geeeeeeesh…what an honor. The series of videos is made using Google Earth to focus in on various parts of Saigon and surrounding areas of Vietnam.
