Alpha Girls

My, my…I’d forgotten how cliquey we were. “A phantom was spotted careening through the city streets in General Adam’s black, hearse-like vehicle. Around this phantom were seated a host of spectral spirits better known as the “Alpha Girls”……Marilyn Snow, Mary Adams, Molly Greene, Laurie Delp, Alice Ahlgren, and Barbara Gleason…who are members of the sorority called Alpha Sigma Psi. The main function of the soroity is to promote fun and frolic and hard work.” I don’t remember promoting hard work but, of course, since I was Miss Dependable, I must have. And who amonst us 63-64 kids can forget the Fellowship of the Wheelbarrow guys, the Syndicate, or the Collegiates Coalition???? Or my own personal favorite….the members of “The Klan” (NOOOOO, NOT THAT KLAN). Anyone remember their names besides me and them? And, of course, there was the Muffler Burn Club – I was a charter member. Dependable Alice

I’ve added a Catagory for each, so everyone can share there stories about them.
