Well, meet my friend Helen. She is going to show you not only how Nuoc Mam is made, but also how to make tradition Vietnamese food at home. This is the real Vietnamese food the way the Vietnamese make it an eat it.

Below is a video of Helen’s recent trip to Quang Tri Province in Vietnam where she visited with Hang and her family who make *Bamboo Boat* Nuoc Mam the old traditional way in their back yard like her mother and grand mother made it.
