HOW HIGHS THE WATER MAMMA?

by Admin

I’ve received a couple emails and photos from Saigon Kids™ who live in the areas hit by the hurricanes, rains and flooding over the past few months. It was good to hear they are okay and recovering from the storms.

Which reminded me of this old song from the 1950s

But, I’ve been wondering, as I sure many of you are, how all of our Saigon Kids™ family members are and how they’ve weathered the storms.

Please feel free to let us all know in the Comments Section below. I’m sure everyone would like to hear from you and how you are doing.

Blessings…

Bob

  • It’s rainy and windy this afternoon, and the weather people say it’ll peak tonight. But tomorrow we’ll all be going about our usual lives here in the Atlanta area, while Nate blows himself out in NY. But prayers still being said for those in other places who’ve been slammed by Harvey, Irma, Maria and Nate.

in austin, we are on high ground and received very little damage from harvey. a few tree limbs, lost a spotlight off the side roof.
bill has a man-place in sea drift, though…30 miles north of where harvey landed. some roof damage, both 12 foot garage doors blown off, carefully tended garden devastated. the top half of one of a dozen 30 foot palms snapped to the ground. not nearly the damage, however, that some folks had…oyster boats ruined, homes destroyed. no electricity for days.
harvey could have been much worse for us.
wishing ease in recovery for those who fared less well.
