Under the new FTC regulations, Notice of Revisions to the Terms of Use for the site must be Posted on the Home Page of the site, and displayed in the footer area of each web page of the site.

Yes, yes I know these may seem to be a bit *over the top*, to some of you, for a little fun blog site like ours. BUT, the FTC regulations clearly state that *anyone* who has a *presence* on the Internet must be in compliance or risk civil and/or criminal prosecution. It makes no difference if it is a little personal site for fun, a full blown commercial site or anything in between. If it is a website viewable on the Internet the site owner must comply with the regulations or they could be found in violation and subject to prosecution.
