I would add:
1) Paying off the house mortgage.
2) Buying one’s dream sailboat.
3) Enjoying a lake front retirement home
in the tranquil country-side.
4) Having the kids home for Thanksgiving and
Christmas.

I have much to be thankful for — wonderful sons and their families…my wife of almost 40-years…my new truck…and a circle of friends who tolerate my sometimes-weird sense of humor yet still consider me a friend. I’m also thankful to have renewed contact with folks from the Saigon days! Happy Thanksgiving, SaigonKids!
